Dispute Resolution Policy

We encourage our customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.

How to Raise a Dispute:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at alex@lapbus.com within 5 business days of the issue.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. Resolution Timeframe: We will respond within 2 business days and work toward a resolution within 7 business days.

Third-Party Disputes:

If you file a dispute through your credit card issuer or payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), please note:

  • We will provide documentation supporting our case.

  • Disputes may take 15–45 days to resolve through third-party platforms.

  • Fraudulent claims or abuse of the dispute process may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
