Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories.

• Electrical parts, special orders, and custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA)

2. Pack the Item Securely
   Use the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your invoice and the RA number inside the package.

3. Ship the Item
